「エル・コムリ法案はフランス語の単語コヌリ（＝バカ）をおそらくひっかけて「バカ法案」とも言われていますが、大企業主たちを優遇するために労働法を破壊しようとしているものです。絶対に認めることはできません。

またたとえば、親族が亡くなったときに特別休暇を取る権利もこの法案によって今脅かされています。改悪されようとしている労働法の具体的な項目は枚挙にいとまがありません。これは労働者が仕事を失うことを恐れることを想定すれば、職場における暴力を助長すると言って過言ではありません。

フランスでは「眠らない夜（立ち上がる夜）」という名前で４月２８日に一斉にデモや抗議を行われる予定ですが、その時、高校生やそのほかの学生たち、労働者、さらに年金受給者たちの断固とした決意が示されることになるでしょう・・・。
■労働法の改悪の具体的な項目（以下に数例を例示）
・その旨の労使契約があれば労働条件の変更に応じない労働者を解雇できるようになる
・労使契約により週４４〜４６時間を超える労働が可能となる
・企業は労使契約によって随意に賃金を下げることが可能となり、また労働者の労働時間を短縮することも可能となる
・親族が亡くなっても喪に服すための休暇には法的保証が認められなくなる、など、たくさんある 」
